An auditor will visit your organization and will give preliminary assessment of volume of auditing work. The following data will be taken into account:

• the number of kinds of activity;
• the number of employees;
• the volume of output and sales;
• an approximate number of everyday bank and cash operations;
• foreign trade activity;
• the state of documentation, etc.

Questions that demand special attention during auditing can be discussed with a manager or with a bookkeeper preliminarily.

Pricing policy of Vneshaudit Ltd. is based on our aspiration to take into account individual peculiarities of every client, complexity and volume of work. On the grounds of the information derived by the auditor during his visit to your organization we will determine the estimated cost of auditing. After that, we will come to an agreement with the head of the company or other authorized official about the cost of auditing and an appropriate contract will be signed.

An audit is undertaken by one auditor or by a team of 2 - 4 specialists depending on complexity and volume of work.
During auditing, employees of your bookkeeping department can consult for free with auditors on questions connected with the inspected period.

How to obtain a consultation?
Consultative service for clients is provided on the grounds of agreements concluded, as a rule, for one year with the option to prolong.

Our relations with clients can be based on the subscriber's contract (permanent services) with fixed fees or on the single-service contract where payment depends on the time actually spent on consultation.

In the former case we come to an agreement with every client about the planned number of appeals for advising and on this ground the fees will be determined. The fee is paid in terms fixed in the contract (as a rule, once per month) and can't be increased but in the case when Vneshaudit Ltd. implements the work that can be considered as disproportionate to the fee according to its complexity and time expended. As a rule, the fee is 50 - 300 thousand Belarus rubles.

In the latter case (when payment is based on the time actually spent on consultation) at the end of every month Vneshaudit Ltd. sends an Service acceptance certificate to the client and on the grounds of it the payment should be made.
